Registration

• Boat Porter (Staging to Launch) - Algonquin
  -Move boats from boat check area to staging area
  -Pass boat down launch ramp
  -Must arrive by 9:30am and expect to stay until 12:30pm
• Boat Porters - East Dundee
  -Must arrive by 11:00am and expect to stay until 3:00pm
  -Work in pairs to pull boats up launch ramp, carry boats to pick up area and return to launch to get next boat
• Boat Porters (Unload to Staging) - Algonquin
  -Unload watercraft from cars (with permission) and move to boat check area
  -Move boats to riverside staging area
  -Must arrive by 6:30am and expect to stay until 10:30am
• Crossing Guard - Algonquin
  - Assist pedestrians crossing street at shuttle stop
  -Must be 18 or over
  -Must arrive by 6:30am and expect to stay until 11:30am
• Crossing Guard - East Dundee
  -Must arrive by 11:00am and expect to stay until 3:00pm
  -Assist pedestrians crossing street at pick up area
• Launch Assistance - In Stream
  -Steady boats as paddlers climb in
  -Must arrive by 9:30am and expect to stay until 12:30pm
• Registration
  -Must arrive by 6:30am and expect to stay until 11:00am
  -Standing required
• Safety Paddlers
• Shuttle Bus Info Table - East Dundee
  -Provide shuttle info
  -Hand out waivers
  -Answer event questions
  -Must arrive by 7:30am and expect to stay until 11:00am
• Take Out Assistance (East Dundee) - In Stream
  -Must arrive by 11:00am and expect to stay until 3:00pm
  -Steady boats as paddlers climb out
• Traffic Control - Algonquin
  -Must be 21 or older
  -Must arrive by 6:30am and expect to stay until 10:30am
  -Direct cars to unloading zones
  -Communicate with loading zone volunteers to ensure availability of unloading parking spaces
• Traffic Control - East Dundee
  -Must arrive by 10:30am and expect to stay until 3:00pm
  -Move metal barriers and signage into position
  -Move metal barriers to allow cars through
  -Direct cars to boat pick up area
  -Redirect local traffic around loading zone
• Waiver Collector
  -Must arrive by 9:30am and expect to stay until 12:30pm
  -Collect signed waivers
  -Advise on dam safety
